- If at the Meeting of Tenants of this house a decision is made to purchase additional inventory or equipment for general use, then payment is also made from Aydat.
- intercoms and electric locks on the entrance doors, lighting of the local area, as well as common areas, lighting of pools and the house itself, - all electricity consumption for public needs is also laid in Aydat
Each residential complex hires an accountant who keeps track of income and expenses, makes payments to the necessary authorities, concludes contracts with the necessary companies, prepares reports for the residents of the house, for the developer company that provides after-sales service to the house.
- The accountant's remuneration is made from Aydat.
Each residential complex has
The caretaker is Kapıcı (“kapıcı”: translated from Turkish - “doorman”). He supervises your house, the adjacent territory, order and cleanliness, calls (if necessary) and meets representatives of various services, negotiates with both the residents of the house and the engineering services of the area. Some complexes have security guards, entrance gates and internal parking lots.
The work of all representatives of the security services, the work of the Keeper of the house and the uniforms of the auxiliary personnel are paid from Aydat.
The size of the idat is determined at the meeting of the residents of the house and can be revised. The average idat is 30 euros per month.
