Documents required for moving

Perhaps the most important moment when moving for permanent residence abroad is to collect all the necessary documents from the homeland:

- The most important and basic document when moving abroad is a passport (foreign). It is better if its validity period is with a margin of 2-3 years, since to replace it without leaving your homeland, you need to contact the consulate of your country in Turkey, and as a rule, getting there is problematic due to the huge queues for recording
- Birth certificates for all family members (including adults) with apostille
- School report card of the child for the last year of study (apostille is not required)
- Diploma or education certificate. May be useful when applying for a job or obtaining a driver's license
- Medical documents and extracts. If you have for example a serious illness, disability or pregnancy
- Certificate of marriage or divorce
- If the parents of a minor child are divorced, the consent of the second parent is required to live and study the child abroad
- It will also not be superfluous to issue a power of attorney for a loved one who, if necessary, will be able to represent your interests in banks, government agencies, etc.
